Privacy Policy

Who we are

This policy covers peachstatesportsinfo.com, operated by Peach State Sports Information Solutions, LLC (“Peach State SIS,” “we,” “us”), a Georgia limited liability company based in Atlanta, Georgia. We publish sports prediction-market information, analysis, and (soon) a daily podcast.

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to info@peachstatesportsinfo.com.

What this site does not do

Peach State SIS is not a sportsbook or trading platform. This site does not process bets, trades, deposits, or payments, and we do not collect financial account information from visitors here.

Information we collect

We keep this simple, because the site itself is simple:

• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard visit information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps. This is used for security, performance, and basic traffic counts, not to identify individual visitors.
• Cookies. Our hosting platform and the underlying WordPress software may set a small number of technical cookies needed to run and secure the site. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this page.
• Information you send us directly. If you email us, we’ll have your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to respond to you.

Social media and other platforms

Our Instagram account and, once launched, our podcast on Spotify and Buzzsprout, are operated by those platforms under their own privacy policies — not this one. Anything you do there (following, messaging, listening) is governed by that platform’s terms.

We reference third-party prediction-market platforms — Kalshi, Polymarket, Novig, and ProphetX — when discussing publicly available contract pricing and market data. We are not affiliated with these platforms, we do not receive personal information about our visitors from them, and any account you hold with them is covered by their own privacy policy, not ours.

What we don’t do with your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We do not use anything we collect for advertising profiles.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser’s settings. You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (for example, an email exchange), by writing to info@peachstatesportsinfo.com.

Security

We rely on our hosting provider’s standard security practices to protect this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change what this site collects or how it’s used, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
